Island HVAR

The average temperature on Hvar in the spring and the autunm period is 14,8 C and the summer perion is some 23,2 C. Above this, if we take the average temperature of the seawater in summer (22,3C)and the annual average of sunny hours (2724 hours) into consideration , then unambiguous , why did Hvar become the most attractive summer resort of the world according to evaluation of the famous magazine The Traveller . The winter months are particularly moderate , the average temperature is 10,1C at that time. The snow is so curio, that in so far as the island become white for a few hours, the hotels compensate the guests with free of charge services. The reviving effect of the crystalline air looks stronger due to the fragrance of the deep pine-groves.

Stari Grad is one the oldest town of the continent and admittedly the most ancient village of the sunlit, lavender-flavoured, about 130 years turistic past retrospective Hvar Island. It looks on inland with one of it’s sides , where lavender meadows and vineyards change each other, the other side is bordered on a long and well protected bay. One of the most popular dalmatian summer resort due to it’s especial location and supply which satisfies any demands.

Our air-conditioned apartman house is located on the resort side of Stari Grad and 2 minutes from the slip. The building consists of 4 apartments and a room ,and separate terrace belongs to each. There is a beautiful view from the demading furnished apartments ( kitchen, shower, wc, TV, parquetted bedroom) on the sea and the the surrounding mountains. The building is located on 1000 sqm plot covered with trees. There is a children’s pool on the terrace. There is a parking possibility for 4 cars in the garage under the building and 5-6 places in the garden under the shadow of trees. A wonderful gritty beach is located 100 m from the apartment-house , from where the center of Stari grad is accessible within a few minutes on a cool agreeable promenade on foot or on bicycle.

From Split several times a day by ferry , with which takes 2 hours to reach the island ( it costs 180 Kuna per car and 26 Kuna per person)
